System Type:
Three-Phase Digital Weld Mesh Control Panel for Resistive Welding
Input Voltage Range: The system operates on a three-phase voltage supply, requiring an input voltage of 400V to 440V at 50Hz.
System Output: Both the welding current and the number of cycles can be adjusted by the user to meet the desired settings.

System Description:
This system is a Thyristor-Based Control Panel, designed primarily for phase control to regulate output current. Each control unit in the panel must be connected to two individual phases, ensuring efficient phase regulation. For a complete setup, a panel with three control units requires three pairs of phase lines to operate effectively.
The system is equipped with a display interface, which includes four control buttons. These buttons allow the user to configure and adjust system parameters. Additionally, each panel is fitted with a programmable control unit responsible for displaying voltage and current values for each phase on an LCD screen. This unit also monitors overload conditions and automatically shuts down the system when necessary, ensuring operational safety.
Display Type: 4-digit, 7-segment display.

User-Friendly Interface: Simplifies operator control and system monitoring with an intuitive interface.
-
Key Application: Ideal for weld-mesh systems requiring precision in mesh wire spacing and alignment.

System Description:
The system ensures precision in both uniform and specially non-uniform cross-mesh wire spacing in the weld-mesh process. The specified spacings are accurately managed using servo motors, which are controlled by a precision closed-loop feedback mechanism.
The system utilizes a PLC to manage various complex control mechanisms. It handles the servo control drives and multiple VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) to synchronize the motors, ensuring proper execution of the desired actions.
In addition, the system controls various pneumatic control valves to manage other functions seamlessly.
The control panel features several user buttons for command input, allowing the system to operate as desired. A 7-inch HMI touch panel is used to input different set point parameters for specific system settings. The panel also displays system status reports.
Display Type: 7-inch TFT-LCD Display.

Vehicle Detection in Intelligent Transport Systems
The vehicle detection process plays a crucial role in the success of intelligent transport management system solutions. There are various methods to detect vehicles, ranging from hose-style detection to ultrasonic and inductive loop technologies. For applications like traffic control or drive-thru systems, inductive loop technology is the most reliable option, without exception.
Inductive Loop Vehicle Detection
An inductive loop vehicle detection system consists of three main components: a loop (either preformed or saw-cut), a loop extension cable, and a detector. The loop is embedded in the traffic lane and is a continuous wire circuit that enters and exits at the same point. The ends of the loop wire are connected to the loop extension cable, which then connects to the vehicle detector.
Once the detector senses a vehicle, it sends a signal to the central controller system. Depending on the pathway settings of each gate, the system will adjust the counter by increasing or decreasing it. The system also records the gate number and automatically opens the boom barrier as needed.
The ability to detect vehicles is a key feature of intelligent transport management systems, enabling the collection of critical data such as traffic intensity and vehicle speed.
